Campbell Creations Company (“Campbell Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates this website.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, creation and use of a customer account, and purchase, download, access, or use of any physical or digital product offered by Campbell Creations Company.
In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to any website visitor, customer, purchaser, account holder, or person who accesses or uses our products or services.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, checking an agreement box, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Additional provisions apply depending on whether you purchase a physical product or a digital product. If a product-specific provision conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the product-specific provision will control for that product.
Products purchased through a third-party retailer or marketplace may also be subject to that seller’s separate terms, policies, and procedures.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use this website, create an account, or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You must have the legal authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this website or complete a purchase.
You may not create an account, place an order, or submit personal information if you are under 13 years of age.
If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use this website or purchase products only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the website or completing a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes unless we provide prior written permission for another use.
You may not:
  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, databases, or connected systems
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the website
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scripts, or harmful technology
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or extract website content without authorization
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Use the website or its content to infringe the rights of Campbell Creations Company or another party
  • Circumvent purchase, download, account, or security restrictions
  • Use our products, designs, or content for unauthorized commercial purposes
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
3. Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
  • Providing current and accurate account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Restricting access to your account and devices
  • Reviewing and updating your account information
  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
You are responsible for the activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
You may request assistance with an account by contacting us.
4. Product Information
Campbell Creations Company offers physical and digital planning products and related goods designed to support personal organization.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate:
  • Product descriptions
  • Photographs and previews
  • Dimensions and specifications
  • Colors and materials
  • Features and included components
  • Pricing and availability information
However, colors and appearance may vary based on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing, printing, materials, and normal production differences.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use are not necessarily considered defects.
Please review the complete product listing before placing an order. Contact us before purchasing if you have a question about a product’s features, format, compatibility, dimensions, or contents.
5. Product Availability and Changes
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:
  • Add, modify, limit, or discontinue a product
  • Limit the quantity available for purchase
  • Correct product descriptions, pricing, or listing errors
  • Decline or cancel an order affected by an error
  • Refuse an order when fraud, unauthorized payment, resale activity, or policy abuse is suspected
If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We do not guarantee that a product shown on the website will remain available.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and can process it for fulfillment or provide access to the purchased digital product.
We may decline or cancel an order because of:
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or listing information
  • Payment authorization problems
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Quantity limitations
  • Technical or inventory errors
  • An inability to deliver to the provided address
  • A violation of these Terms or another applicable policy
You are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, addresses, and payment information in your order before completing checkout.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in United States dollars.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when available.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you represent that:
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You authorize the applicable charges associated with your order
Payments are processed through Wix and third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to approve the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected order.
8. Promotional Codes, Sales, and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts:
  • Must be used according to the stated promotion terms
  • May be limited to certain products, customers, or dates
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted
  • Has no cash value
  • May not be transferred, copied, reproduced, sold, or misused
  • May be changed, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
A discount will not be applied after a purchase is completed unless required by the promotion terms or applicable law.
Products marked “final sale” are subject to the conditions stated in the product listing and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
9. Physical Products
The provisions in this section apply specifically to physical products.
a. Product Condition and Intended Use
Physical planners and related products are intended for ordinary personal organizational use.
You are responsible for using, storing, and caring for the product appropriately.
Because a planner may contain personal schedules, contact information, passwords, financial information, or other private details, you are responsible for deciding what information to record and for keeping the planner secure.
Campbell Creations Company is not responsible for unauthorized access to information voluntarily recorded in a lost, stolen, shared, or unsecured physical product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
b. Processing Time
Estimated processing times may be stated on the product page or during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, physical orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing estimates are not guaranteed. Processing may take longer during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
c. Included Components
The product listing will identify the components included with a physical product.
Any bookmarks, pockets, accessories, inserts, packaging, or other components are included only when stated in the applicable listing.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Physical orders are shipped using third-party carriers.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Review the address carefully before completing checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised or legally permitted timeframe, we may provide:
  • A revised estimated shipment date
  • An opportunity to approve the delay
  • An opportunity to cancel the affected order and receive an eligible refund
We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or we are otherwise unable to fulfill it.
Lost, stolen, delayed, refused, unclaimed, incorrectly addressed, and carrier-confirmed-delivered packages are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
International customers, if international shipping is offered, are responsible for applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, and import requirements unless otherwise stated.
11. Physical Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Key timeframes include:
  • Eligible physical return requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete orders must be reported within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
A cancellation or modification may no longer be possible after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment.
Our complete Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms and controls the detailed eligibility requirements, procedures, shipping responsibilities, inspections, refunds, and exclusions.
12. Digital Products
The provisions in this section apply specifically to digital products.
a. Digital Product Format
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
The product listing will describe the digital files, formats, features, and intended method of use.

After purchase, you may receive access through:
  • An immediate download
  • An emailed download link
  • A customer account
  • Another electronic delivery method is stated during checkout
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and accessing the purchased files.
b. Download and File Storage
Download access may not remain available indefinitely.
You should download and save the files promptly after purchase and maintain your own backup copy.
We are not responsible for files lost or deleted from your device after successful delivery, but we may provide reasonable assistance when available.
Download limits or expiration periods will apply if disclosed on the product page, in the purchase confirmation, or in the delivery message.
13. Digital Product License
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may:
  • Use the digital product for your own personal organization
  • Save the file on devices that you personally own or control
  • Make reasonable backup copies for your personal use
  • Print copies for your personal use only when the product listing expressly permits printing
You may not:
  • Share, distribute, forward, transfer, or resell the file
  • Upload the file to a public or shared platform
  • Provide the file to another person
  • Sell printed or digital copies
  • Modify the product and represent it as your own
  • Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
  • Use the product or its content for commercial purposes
  • Incorporate the product into another product for sale or distribution
  • Use the product to create competing templates, planners, designs, or products
  • Reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the product
Each person who wishes to use a digital product must purchase their own license unless the product listing expressly provides a different license.
No ownership interest or intellectual property right is transferred to you through a purchase.
14. Digital Product Compatibility
You are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before purchasing a digital product.
Digital planners may require:
  • A compatible tablet, computer, or mobile device
  • A compatible operating system
  • A PDF reader or annotation application
  • Sufficient device storage
  • Current software
  • Internet access for downloading the files
Products may be designed for use with applications such as Goodnotes, Notability, or another compatible PDF annotation application. Campbell Creations Company is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third-party application providers unless expressly stated.
Third-party applications, devices, and software may change their features, pricing, compatibility, or availability without our control.
We do not guarantee that a digital product will function with every device, operating system, application, or software version.
Failure to review stated compatibility requirements does not make a digital product eligible for a refund.
15. Digital Product Refunds and Technical Assistance
All digital product purchases are final sales.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase or after access to the product has been provided, except where required by law.
If you:
  • Cannot access the file
  • Receive an incorrect file
  • Receive a corrupted file
  • Believe you completed a duplicate purchase
  • Experience another delivery-related technical issue
Please contact us with your order information.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve verified issues with access or delivery. Technical assistance does not include training on how to use a third-party device, application, or operating system.
16. Intellectual Property
The website and all materials offered through it are owned by or licensed to Campbell Creations Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
  • Planner designs and layouts
  • Digital files
  • Written content
  • Product names and descriptions
  • Logos and branding
  • Photographs and graphics
  • Website design and arrangement
  • Templates, artwork, illustrations, and downloads
  • Promotional and educational materials
Except for the limited personal-use license expressly granted for a purchased digital product, no right, title, ownership, or license is transferred to you.
You may not reproduce, publish, display, distribute, license, sell, adapt, modify, copy, create derivative works from, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
17. Reviews, Comments, and User-Submitted Content
You may be permitted to submit reviews, comments, photographs, questions, feedback, or other content.
By submitting content, you represent that:
  • You own the content or have permission to submit it
  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • The content does not infringe on another party’s rights
  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, obscene, or abusive
  • The content does not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising
You retain ownership of your original content. However, by submitting it, you grant Campbell Creations Company a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and adapt that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the business, subject to applicable law.
We may remove or decline content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate for the website.

The website may include or rely on services provided by third parties, including:
  • Wix

  • Shipping carriers
  • Email service providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, accessibility practices, and operating procedures.
Campbell Creations Company does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, practices, or performance of an independent third-party service.

Your use of a third-party service may create a separate relationship between you and that provider.
19. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Where consent is legally required, consent will be requested through the appropriate checkbox, form, cookie setting, or other consent method.

  • Orders
  • Payments
  • Shipping
  • Digital product access
  • Returns and refunds
  • Account security
  • Customer-service requests

21. Organizational Information Disclaimer
Our products and website content are provided for general planning, organizational, informational, and personal-use purposes.
They are not intended to provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, fitness, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding how to use the products and whether information recorded in them is appropriate for your needs.
Nothing in a planner, tracker, checklist, blog post, or other product should replace advice from a qualified professional.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, website content, and products are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
  • The website will always be uninterrupted, secure, and error-free
  • Every website or product error will be corrected immediately
  • A product will meet every individual preference or organizational need
  • A digital product will remain compatible with every future device or software update
  • Use of a planner will produce a particular personal, academic, financial, health, or professional result
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campbell Creations Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to:
  • Use of or inability to use the website
  • Use of or reliance on a physical or digital product
  • Loss of files, data, notes, schedules, or recorded information
  • Device, software, or application incompatibility
  • Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our reasonable control
  • Unauthorized access to information recorded in a planner or stored on a customer’s device
  • Third-party services or websites
  • Decisions made using general organizational content
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Campbell Creations Company for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campbell Creations Company and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
  • Your unlawful use of the website or a product
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights
  • Content you submit through the website
  • Your unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of our intellectual property
This section does not require you to indemnify Campbell Creations Company for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate website access, account access, download access, or future purchasing privileges if we reasonably believe that you have:
  • Violated these Terms
  • Engaged in fraud or abusive conduct

  • Shared, distributed, or resold protected content
  • Attempted to compromise website security
  • Submitted false or misleading information

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective.
26. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can review and address the concern.
Submitting a knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent chargeback may result in suspension of account or purchasing privileges and may be challenged using available order, delivery, download, communication, and transaction records.
Nothing in this section limits your lawful rights through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable consumer-protection law.
27. Force Majeure
Campbell Creations Company is not responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Labor or carrier interruptions
  • Supply-chain or production disruptions
  • Utility, internet, or technology failures
  • Government actions

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and fulfill or resolve affected orders in accordance with applicable law.
28. Changes to the Website, Products, and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, or services where permitted by law.
We may also revise these Terms periodically.
When these Terms are updated, we will post the revised version and change the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated via the website, email, or other appropriate methods when required.
The Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Continued use of the website after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Terms. Where additional consent is legally required, we will request it separately.
29. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Campbell Creations Company agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by written communication.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
31. No Waiver
A delay or failure by Campbell Creations Company to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
A waiver is effective only if it is provided in writing by Campbell Creations Company.
32. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a sale, merger, reorganization, transfer of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, product listings, checkout disclosures, and any other policy expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Campbell Creations Company concerning your use of the website and purchase of products.
If a product listing contains a specific term that conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the specific product-listing term will control for that product to the extent of the conflict.
